Marketing Specialist - Design
Campaign & Digital Design
- Design and produce digital marketing assets across a broad range of formats and channels, including paid digital advertising, social media content, email creative, web banners, and landing page visuals.
- Execute campaign extensions and asset adaptations including resizing, reformatting, and versioning hero creative across platforms, markets, and brand families under the direction of creative management.
- Develop visually compelling graphics for product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand initiatives, ensuring consistency with each brand's design language system (DLS).
- Create digital assets optimized for omnichannel delivery including distributor portals, owned web properties, e-commerce environments, and retailer marketing programs.
- Support Channel Marketing teams with creative production for distributor and dealer marketing programs, producing sales-ready digital and print assets on tight timelines.
- Design and produce a wide range of sales enablement materials including sales flyers, data sheets, sell sheets, product brochures, and channel marketing support pieces.
- Update and maintain existing marketing collateral, refreshing assets to reflect current brand DLS standards, updated product information, and campaign messaging.
- Adapt and extend creative developed by agency partners for in-house use across sales, channel, and distributor-facing contexts.
- Produce quick-turn creative revisions and edits to existing materials with accuracy and speed, maintaining brand integrity across even the most straightforward updates.
- Manage organized, version-controlled file libraries for all active and archived marketing assets, ensuring materials are accessible to global team members and agency partners.
- Execute design production for tradeshows and events across North America, EMEA, and LATAM including booth graphics, product walls, signage, kiosk displays, event collateral, and branded SWAG in support of creative leads who set the direction.
- Support tradeshow campaign creative including pre-show marketing, email, and promotional materials for signature events.
- Produce presentation design for internal communications including executive-level PowerPoint decks, leadership town halls, and product leader presentations, with strong attention to visual clarity and brand alignment.
- Assist with design elements and content extensions supporting internal executive communications, ensuring visual consistency with Resideo corporate brand standards.
- Develop infographics, iconography, illustrations, and visual frameworks that translate complex product or business information into clear, engaging visual communication.
- 3-6 years of experience as a graphic designer within an in-house creative team, marketing department, or integrated agency, ideally supporting a multi-brand or multi-product portfolio.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop and Microsoft PowerPoint; familiarity with Figma is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality creative across a diverse range of formats, from digital ads and social content to print collateral, presentations, and event graphics.
- Experience working within brand design language systems and applying visual standards consistently across a large and varied body of work.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under deadline pressure with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills in an English-language, cross-cultural, globally distributed team environment.
- A strong eye for design typography, layout, color, and hierarchy with the ability to self-edit and produce polished, press- and screen-ready files independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume creative environment with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude and minimal oversight.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; equivalent professional experience considered.
- Experience supporting marketing creative for North American and EMEA markets, including familiarity with regional channel and distributor marketing contexts.
- Motion graphics or basic video editing experience (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with Workfront or similar project management and creative workflow tools.
- Experience with digital asset management (DAM) platforms and an understanding of file organization, naming conventions, and asset governance best practices.
- Exposure to tradeshow or event design production, including large-format print specifications.
- Portfolio demonstrating breadth across digital, print, and presentation formats with consistent brand discipline and execution quality.
