Maintenance Mechanic - Level 3
Realizar actividades de mantenimiento eléctrico preventivo así como soporte a diversas actividades de facilities, predictivo y correctivo en maquinaria, equipos e instalaciones de la planta, asegurando su disponibilidad, confiabilidad y operación segura.
RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Diagnosticar y reparar fallas eléctricas en maquinaria.
- Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de acuerdo al calendario de famis 360.
- Revisar motores eléctricos trifásicos.
- Diagnosticar contactores, relevadores, sensores y fuentes de alimentación.
- Realizar revisión de tableros eléctricos.
- Interpretar diagramas eléctricos.
- Realizar mediciones de voltaje, corriente, resistencia y continuidad.
- Apoyar en sistemas de control de
- Realizar instalaciones eléctricas 120, 220,480v
- Ejecutar actividades de LOTO.
- Mantener registros de las actividades realizadas.
- Participar en proyectos de mejora y modificaciones eléctricas.
- Cumplir con las normas y procedimientos de seguridad de la empresa.
- Actividades diversas requeridas por el departamento
- Experiencia en Electronica, Electricidad, Electromecanica, Mecatronica o carrera a fin.
- Preferentemente 2 años o más en mantenimiento industrial.
- Experiencia en ambiente de manufactura/maquiladora
